Expanding northward to Qingdao and westward to Mianyang! As 2025 draws to a close, Han's Laser, a leading domestic laser equipment manufacturer, has made two successive key strategic moves.

Following the intensive establishment of multiple subsidiaries since the start of the year, Han's Laser and its Han's Ecosystem have further expanded—on December 10, 2025, Qingdao GYX Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established; earlier, on November 21, Mianyang Han's Fortrend Technology Co., Ltd. had also completed registration and launched operations.

The establishment of these two new companies not only marks Han's Laser's completion of layout in the two strategic regions of the Bohai Rim and Southwest China, but also brings the number of new subsidiaries set up nationwide by the company in 2025 to at least seven.

Looking ahead, focusing on core sectors such as semiconductors, display panels, new energy and intelligent manufacturing, Han's Laser is continuing to efficiently expand its industrial footprint.

1. Making a Strategic Move in Qingdao

Seizing the High Ground in the Pan-semiconductor Industry

According to the Qichacha APP, Qingdao GYX Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in Qingdao on December 10, 2025, with Kang Qi as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 20 million. The company boasts an extensive business scope, covering core sectors such as integrated circuit manufacturing, display device manufacturing and optoelectronic device manufacturing, while also engaging in the manufacturing of special equipment for semiconductor devices and the production of battery parts and components.

Equity penetration information shows that Qingdao GYX Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly held by two subsidiaries of Han's Laser—Shenzhen GYX Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang GYX Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd.

Public data indicates that Shenzhen GYX, as a professional manufacturer of products including LED nixie tubes and SMD LED beads, has its products widely applied in fields such as household appliances, high-speed railways and laser equipment. Zhejiang GYX, on the other hand, provides one-stop services such as PCBA manufacturing and SMT processing, forming a complete industrial chain from upstream chips to downstream applications.

As an important coastal open city in China, Qingdao has a sound industrial foundation and favorable policy environment. This strategic layout not only enables Han's Laser to open up a new battlefield in the northern semiconductor industry, but also strengthens the group’s core competitiveness in the fields of display devices and optoelectronic devices through technological synergy and market penetration.

In fact, the business scope of the new company not only covers the manufacturing of end products such as display devices and optoelectronic devices, but also extends upstream to integrated circuit manufacturing and semiconductor special equipment manufacturing. This demonstrates Han's Laser's intention to enhance its independent and controllable capabilities in the key links of the optoelectronic semiconductor industrial chain.

2. Expanding Westward to Mianyang

Integrating into the National Photonic Science and Technology Innovation Corridor

In Mianyang, a key industrial hub in Southwest China, Han's Laser's strategic layout is more targeted.

On November 21, 2025, Mianyang Han's Fortrend Technology Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial registration, with a registered capital of as much as RMB 50 million. It is wholly owned by Shanghai Han's Fortrend Technology Co., Ltd. Its business scope is clearly focused on the manufacturing and sales of special equipment for semiconductor devices, and extends to the fields of intelligent basic manufacturing equipment and intelligent robots, underscoring Han's Laser's commitment to building integrated "equipment + automation" solutions in Southwest China.

Known as China's Science and Technology City, Mianyang is home to national-level research powerhouses such as the China Academy of Engineering Physics, and has profound accumulations in cutting-edge technology fields including lasers, terahertz and microwaves. In September 2025, Mianyang officially released the "Photon Science and Technology Innovation City" plan, proposing to construct a "One Zone, Two Parks" spatial layout and striving to form a 50-billion-yuan-scale photon industry cluster by 2030.

Against this backdrop, Han's Laser's entry could not have come at a better time. As the group's core platform in the field of wafer automated handling equipment, Shanghai Han's Fortrend has provided high-cleanliness and high-precision handling systems for leading wafer fabs such as SMIC and Huahong.

The establishment of this wholly-owned subsidiary in Mianyang will not only enable proximity to local electronic information enterprises such as Changhong and Jiuzhou, but also allow in-depth participation in the construction of the laser track within Mianyang's "587+" industrial system. Going forward, the company is expected to become an important fulcrum for localized semiconductor equipment services in Southwest China, helping the region form a complete closed loop from chip design and manufacturing to packaging and testing.

3. Panoramic Insight

The Expansion Roadmap of the Han's Ecosystem

The year 2025 can be called a year of strategic expansion for the Han's Ecosystem.

According to public information, together with the two new companies established in Qingdao and Mianyang at the end of 2025, Han's Laser and its affiliated Han's Ecosystem enterprises have set up at least 7 new subsidiaries in 2025, covering regions including South China, East China, Southwest China and North China. Their core business focuses highly on four major areas: semiconductor equipment, new-type display, new energy and AI robots.

A review of the expansion roadmap of the Han's Ecosystem in 2025 shows that: at the start of the year, in January 2025, Shenzhen Han's Weichuang Technology Co., Ltd., which specializes in the R&D of intelligent robots, was established, firing the first shot of the year's expansion drive. Shortly afterwards in February, Xiamen Han's Shangli Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Fujian, integrating into the province's large-scale semiconductor industry cluster. In April, Dongguan Han's Display Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., targeting the new-type display sector, was founded. In June, the group deepened its layout in the special robot field by taking a stake in Huayan (Guangzhou) Robotics Co., Ltd. In September, it made a strategic move in the new energy sector with the establishment of Dongguan Han's Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd.

By the end of 2025, the successive establishment of the new companies in Mianyang and Qingdao enabled Han's Laser to complete a multi-polar layout in 2025, spanning the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Chengdu-Chongqing Region and the Bohai Rim Region, among others.

4. Strategic Depth
